Chaplet Prayer For The Dearly Departed

Triunes:  Psalm 23  *Replace name of departed in the first space. Either pronouns or name of the departed may be used in the subsequent spaces.

The Lord is (name of departed) shepherd; ______ shall not want. He makes ______ lie down in green pastures. He leads ______ beside still waters. He restores ______ soul. He leads ______ in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.
